Product Information

Shipping

When you place an order, you agree to pay the flat-rate shipping fee if you have not arranged to pick up your order. Your order will be delivered to you on the date specified in the checkout upon transaction. Order must be placed by the cutoff time specified on our website in order to receive them on the following Monday. Shipping is only locally available to the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Staten Island).

No signature is required for our deliveries. It is your responsibility to be available in the delivery window to retrieve your orders. As our product is made fresh on the same day as delivery and not frozen, our product is not delivered with a cooler to keep it frozen. We will do our best to deliver your order in requested time windows specified during the checkout process, but we do not guarantee an exact delivery time.
