All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. If you experience a quality issue with your order, you may request a cash refund within 7 days of your delivery date by replying to your order confirmation or emailing us at hello@beastvillagenyc.com. Cash refunds for quality issues will be issued at our discretion upon review.
